The
"Auberge
Ariramba"
is located along a tributary of the Amazon River, the « Rio Preto
da Eva », in the very place where you take a canoe to reach the
Malocas Jungle Lodge.
Thus, an
immediate departure* at your arrival in Manaus will carry you in
the heart of the Amazonian forest. You will spend a night in the
“Auberge Ariramba”,
far from the agitation of Manaus (2 million inhabitants) and
already lulled by the sounds of the Nature…
You will
wake up and have breakfast in front of the river before embarking
and disappearing into the lung of the Earth…

Introduction
to the Indian canoe, piranha’s fishing, bath in the River, rest in
hammock, discovery of a fauna and flora already unique…
At night,
you could have a regional dinner at a convivial table before getting to
one of the five rooms with private bathroom.
The
following morning, after a breakfast in front of the “Rio Preto da
Eva”, you will head for the Malocas Jungle Lodge or prolong you stay in
the Amazonian way in the
“Auberge Ariramba”.

The
“Auberge Ariramba”
is also the start point for paddling down the
"Rio
Preto da Eva".
You can enjoy this activity
in the
Aventura Package
for example
(2 days paddling
down the river,
3 days in the Malocas Jungle Lodge / 1 night
along
the river, 2 nights in the Malocas, 1 survival night).
This is a 5 days
package. If you prefer spend your first night in Manaus, we pick you up in
your hotel at 08:30 am to l’ ”Auberge Ariramba”. There, your guide will
teach you to
paddle in traditional Indian canoes.
You will have a typical Amazonian food for lunch and then will disappear
paddling in the flooded forest until the place where you will spend a first
beautiful night. |

The Malocas Jungle Lodge has been built in a deep respect
for the Environment. Our organization aims to be
economically sustainable while preserving the ecosystems
and using the natural resources in a responsible way. There
you will hear only the noises of the Nature, candle and oil
lamps will light the lodge (where there is no electricity)
at night. We work with the local population and make sure
that we are improving their living conditions and the one
of all the Malocas Jungle Lodge shareholders.
